My husband and I went to check in and it was after 4:00 check in time was 4:00 our room was not ready yet they said they still hadn't cleaned come back in about an hour they at least gave us the cards to get into our room. We came back in the evening and were able to get into our room the bathroom was very clean there was rust stains in the tub though, the room had a funny smell, the carpet was filthy and I would not take my shoes off and walk barefoot, there was stains on my sheets the Wi-Fi didn't work the TV kept cutting out the walls were like paper we could hear the man next to us snoring all night and the people above a stomping around. The next morning we went to check out there was nobody at the desk they were all outside sitting in lawn chair smoking cigarettes actually when we came back the first night we checked in they were all outside smoking cigarettes but in the morning there were people trying to check out and they were all outside right by the door so you had to walk through all that smoke it was absolutely disgusting. I even made the comment I just took a shower I don't want to smell like smoke and they all just looked at us and none of them went to help at the desk. We left our keys on the counter and will never come back to this hotel and I don't recommend anybody else staying there either.
